Neutradex's effect is based on the presence of sodium ions and citrate.
It plays an important part in restoring the acid-alkali balance, by compensating
general acidity caused by the excess of lactic acid physical effort produces, resulting in fatigue and poor performance. During intense physical effort of short duration the main source of energy - in the absence of oxygen - comes from muscular use of glycogen (anaerobic glycolysis),which produces CO2 and lactic acid and a consequent increase in:

• fatigue (lactic acid)
  
• lack of oxygen (increased CO2).
  
  The use of citrate enables the body to:
  
• maintain low levels of acidity (citrate combined with carbon dioxide has a buffering effect on pH lowering due to an accumulation of lactic acid)
  
• give high level performance in the anaerobic phase as well.
  

COMPOSITION

POSOLOGY
50 ml. of syrup to be administered orally immediately after a period of work to break down toxins
effectively and rapidly recuperate from fatigue.
50 ml. of product to be administered daily mixed with feed for horses with tying-up problems.
50 ml. 3 days before and 3 days after a competition to prevent/reduce muscular pain.
